Thanks to M-Tribe reader Filippo, who lives in Florence, Italy and was in Rome for the “Confessions Tour” (“the best concert of my entire life!”) on the 6th of August with his friend Enrico, for sharing his cool story and his memories with our readers.

“Our hotel was very close to the one where Madonna stayed, and on Monday, the day after the concert, we saw some of her dancers leaving the hotel – Norman, Jason, Reshma, and others, and the keyboardist too – and I taped all of them with my digital camera, but we couldn’t get in touch with them so much.

Unfortunately, after 3 hours, we had to come back to our hotel, take our suit-cases, go to eat something and run to the station to get the train back home.

We noticed there was a small McDonald’s in front of our hotel, so we decided to eat something there quickly. We sat, we ate, and as we were going out we noticed 2 familiar faces coming in.”

“I immediately recognised Cloud, and the short girl with him was Tamara, another Madonna dancer!”

“After a few seconds I realised I couldn’t lose that opportunity, so I said: “Cloud?”, and he looked and smiled at me. And I said: “Oh, my God” I absolutely need to take a picture with you!”, and he agreed. So I took my picture between Cloud and Tamara. Then I asked him if my friend could too, and he agreed again. Then I told him he was great, a great dancer and a great person.

After that, they got out of the McDonald’s and went down walking in the street.

My friend and I remained for a few moments standing there trembling, realising that those hands we had touched maybe had touched the ones of Madonna 5 minutes before!!!”
