Thanks to Barneygreat Madonna night in Philadelphia.

“Well I bite my tongue, and hat my hat off to Madonna.

Actually I would never take my hat off near Madonna EVER! Once again she snatched a audience member’s Cowboy hat, danced around, and then threw the hat off into the other side of the audience! This time a brown cowboy hat, taken from the other side of the catwalk. I guess Madonna took a liking to other people’s headgear during her stay in the city of brotherly love.

She also made a point of telling the crowd that as a child her father used to bring her to Pennsylvania every year as a child to visit her grandmother. Her father used to put her to work. Raking leaves, painting the house, mowing the grass, etc etc etc. So whenever she thinks of Pennsylvania she thinks of work, and here she is again as an adult in Philadelphia at work.

I can not believe I made it through the entire US tour! In the past two tours (Drowned World & Re-Invention) I usually ended up so homesick, that I quit before the end. I managed to hold to my guns with the encouragement of such great Madonna friends (Mostly RemixDubBoy for pushing me not to quit!) I managed to get all the way to the end, and excited for the next 5 shows!”
