Oriental Queen

MadonnaTribe.com is really happy to premiere the incredible new Madonna portrait by renowned artist from Russia, Baur Berdeshev. Baur is so popular among MadonnaTribe readers for his imaginative black and white artworks of the Queen of Pop, usually portrayed in creative new looks and settings, that the Queen herself hasn’t tried yet.

This time Baur was inspired by an Oriental setting. “My current artwork is called ‘Madonna As Oriental Dancing Queen‘ and it’s been inspired by pictures of young and talented photographer Alikhan“, Baur tells us. “The inspiriation for Madonna’s face comes from the Like A Prayer era”, he adds.
