July 19, 2006 – priced US $64.50 – US $354.50 – will be available on the phone or online through ticketmaster.com today, Monday May 15 from 09:00 AM EDT.

If tickets remain, they will also be available at the Madiosn Square Garden box office tomorrow (Tuesday May 16).
