Slight changes to the European ”Erotica” artwork
Die hard collectors in Europe may have noticed a slight change in the copies of Madonna’s “Erotica” album currently available in the stores.
The older European pressings of “Erotica” did not feature the parental advisory logo printed on the cover, they had a label sticked on the CD case instead.
The new copies now available in the stores have the parental advisory printed directly on the cover itself – just like on the US “unclean” pressing of the album.
Also, the text on the back cover has been changed: it does not feature the old “Made in Germany” writing, that has been replaced by “Manufactured in the E.U.” – just like the most recent album and single pressings for the European market and the U.K.
