Madonna is the cover star of the October 9 issue of New York as part of the magazine’s Fall Design Issue.

Three more celebrities share the front page of the magazine with her, as this “Legends at Home” issue comes with four different covers showing Bob Dylan, Andy Warhol, Joan Crawford and Madonna.

The cover story also features amazing vintage images of the likes of Marilyn Monroe, Woody Allen, Jackie O., Malcolm X, and more stars in their native habitats.
