Our friend Omar wants to share his review and photos from the Prague show of the Confessions Tour with fellow Tribers. Here’s what he has to say:

“Hi Madonna tribers! My name is Omar.
I am a Madonna Tribe reader from a long time as your site is the best to our Goddess news.
I am from Brazil, but I’m living in France now. I was in Prague this week to see Madonna for the second time in my life and I feel like the luckiest guy in the world. So I want to share my experience with more fans. I just came back from Prague where I had my best time ever on the Madonna show. I have been to her show in Cardiff, but I was in the seating section and pretty far away from the stage. So I wasn’t satisfied. I had to give another chance to myself. I went to Prague without a ticket because they were claimed as sold out.

When I came to Prague Wednesday morning I saw Madonna in all the local press, so I found out the hotel she was staying and I thought I should go there and ask to the fans if I could find a ticket. Suddenly I saw a clothes store with a Madonna poster on the window announcing tickets for the concert. And the best: for the standing section! I think I was blessed. Immediately I went to the Sazka Arena with my ticket to the heaven. I went there at 10 in the morning and fortunately it wasn’t crowded as I expected. But some guys were already queuing there. Some of them speak English and they were very nice with me. Afternoon the crowd started.

The gates opened around 6 PM and I had to run to have a good place in front of the stage. I reached the front of the end of the catwalk and I couldn’t believe I was there. We still had to wait more than two hours and my feet and my legs where hurting. But when the show started I didn’t feel my body. The disco ball was coming down to my head! When it opened I was connected to sky! Madonna was less than two meters from me! Oh she is so beautiful, so sexy, she is everything! I could feel all her energy! During the show she pointed the microphone to the guy that was beside me and in another moment she interacted with him again. Obviously he was gorgeous. In her speech she referred to Prague as “beautiful city and beautiful people.Yeah !!!” And I definitely have to agree with her.

She asked for the flags and made us to shout “No more war! No more pain! We want peace!” as you know. If there where some technical problems I didn’t notice. For me the show was perfect. I was in the exact place were I wanted to be and I was blessed by the Goddess. When the show finished I toll to the guy beside me that she felt in love with him. He was really happy! I took some pictures, but my camera is not very good and for sure the pictures do not represent 1% of what my eyes saw. The next day she was in all the press again and I was with Future Lovers in my head all day.

I went to the stadium again in the evening to buy a “Confessions” tee-shirt and there were some guys still offering tickets for the second show, but for the seating section. I didn’t try it because I want to keep in my memory that I was right in front of the Goddess”.
