Another re-packaging for the ”Virgin Voices” tribute album

Labelled as “The Ultimate Madonna Tribute“, 12 songs from the Virgin Voices Madonna Tribute project have been repacked in a new collection printed by Argentinian company MusicBrokers and distributed worldwide.

The single-CD release, coming in a white digipack embellished with an “Immaculate”-ish design, picks songs from both the much discussed Virgin Voices and Virgin Voices II tribute albums.

No matter if many of those covers made more than an eyebrow raise, a few of them are actually rather enjoyable – especially the late Ofra Haza’s rendition of “Open Your Heart“, “Like A Prayer” performed by Loleatta Holloway, and “Why It’s So Hard” by Dear or Alive.

Although you must probably be much more than a completist collector to buy this new reprint, be aware of what’s on it, in case you spot it on the shelves. The complete tracklist goes as follows:
