Arthur e il Popolo dei Minimei
“Arthur” will make its first appearance on the Italian screens on January 21 as a special event at the Future Film Festival in Bologna.
“Arthur and the Minimoys” will be presented for the first time in Italy in its original language version with subtitles, while the Italian dubbed version – “Arthur e il Popolo dei Minimei” will open in cinemas on February 9.
The Italian cast of voices for “Arthur” does not include celebrities but some of the best Italian voice dubbing professionals – with Domitilla D’Amico voicing Princess Selenia.
Domitilla is best know for giving her voice to stars such as Kirsten Dunst, Scarlett Johansson, Brittany Murphy, Maggie Gyllenhaal, as well as voicing Beyoncè Knowles in “Dreamgirls” and featuring in the Italian versions of some of the most popular animation movies, serials and soap operas.
Congratulations to Domitilla who delivers a great Selenia keeping the charm, the irony and the magic of the Madonna voice-over intact.
