At the opening of the first HM store in Greece
The first H&M store in Greece opens this morning, Friday March 29 in Athens, and Greek fashionistas were invited to a special opening event that took place last night.
M-Tribe Community member HoLLyWooDGuy had the chance to be there, and posted his excited report at our Forum.
“First of all everybody went crazy… not just with the M by Madonna clothes but with the whole range!!! All ladies were looking at Madonna’s clothes and I must admit that some of them were gone in minutes!!!
The best sellers were the trench coat and the kimono dress… I a few of them, the black sunglasses and a black-white shirt for some girl friends of mine!
The sizes looked bigger than what we are used to here to me but there is a chance to exchange the clothes within 30 days from their purchase if you need to.
There were a lot of people from Sweden and half of the staff was also from abroad (propably from Sweden as well). Everybody seemed happy and cheered up!
When we left they gave us a gift bag with a welcome note, a magazine and a Madonna scarf!
Come on Greek fashionistas… let’s do some serious shopping!”
