Characters from Madonna’s past in Filth and Wisdom

ITN.co.uk reports some news about Madonna’s Filth and Wisdom project. The autobiographical work will bring some of the most colourful characters from the singer’s past to the big screen.

British actor Richard E Grant stars as one of them. He said: “I play a poet, a blind writer who’s based on her dance teacher.”

Grant also said Madonna as a director is “very exacting, very clear about absolutely everything, full control, as you would expect. She’s the one.”

It’s been rumoured that Filth and Wisdom will be showcased at the Sundance Film Festival early next year.
