HM gift bag and M sunglasses (with case) from Hong Kong

M-Tribe contributor River reports from the special event at the grand opening of the first H&M store in Asia – the first day the M by Madonna debuted worldwide.

The special promotion went on as planned despite reports from the local press it might have been reconsidered for security reasons, and the first 20 visitors who showed up at the new flagship store in Queen’s Road Central will get their trench coat signed by Madonna.

River lined up over 20 hours before the opening on Saturday at 11:00 AM and was indeed one of the 20 lucky
ones who will receive the M-signed coat from H&M who will inform them and send the gift at a later date.

River also got a pair of the Madonna sunglasses handed out to the first 500 visitors. The sunglasses were also on sale at the store, but the pairs included in the gift bag came with a special case that was not available when you purchase them separately.
