Members of Madonna’s official fanclub Icon are treated with a 10 second preview of the “M by Madonna” commercial for H&M.
The clip does not feature the Queen of Pop itself and is actually a teaser trailer edited with some extra footage from the very last sequence of the commercial. A guy misteriously wandering in a white room saying “It, It, It, It, It….”

When MadonnaTribe reported the first news about Madonna’s new H&M line, we mentioned for the first time online ever, on December 7th 2005, that – differently from the 2006 “Madonna & Crew” campaign – this collection was also going to feature a tv commercial.
At the end of February we brought to you more, and revealed more exclusive tidbits from the commercial, that is conceived in the forum of a tongue in cheek and hilarious comedy skit with 1 and half minute of pure Madonna style.
In the clip Madonna plays a fashion guru that has to restyle the look of a 20something Japanese girl, and eventually “leaves her” in the hands of her two fashion stylist.
The guy you can see in the teaser trailer is indeed the shortest of the two, the one who talks with a very heavy French accent and finally brings his “creature” – the totally restyled Japanese gal – to Madonna’s approval. The weird look in the screen capture above is easily explained: in the very last sequence of the commercial you will see him wearing the clothes he borrowed from the Japanese girl herself – and what he shouts loud is basically the fil rouge of the entire commercial: Indeed, “It, It, It, It, It….
