Jamie King’s Rain

Choreographer Jamie King, who has worked with acts like Madonna, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera, will direct South Korean pop star Rain‘s 2006-7 world tour, which recently kicked off in Seoul, organizers of the Hong Kong stop said Wednesday.

The Hong Kong organizers said in a statement visual and lighting designers Dago Gonzalez and Roy Bennett, who worked with Madonna, Aguilera, Usher and Guns N’ Roses, will also work on the tour.

The 24-year-old pop star, whose real name is Jung Ji-hoon, appeared in Hong Kong Wednesday to promote his local concerts.

Rain performs in Hong Kong Friday through Sunday; in Singapore January 21; in Kuala Lumpur Jan. 27; and in Hanoi March 10-11. He played in Seoul from December 15-16.
