La Isla Lela Pala Tute

Following our own exclusive reports from yesterday and Gogol Bordello‘s official confirmation they will join Madonna on stage at live earth, we can now report that the song that will be mixed with Madonna’s Confessions Tour version of La Isla Bonita the classic Gypsy song “Lela Pala Tute“, which is performed in the Romany language.

Bits of this folk song completed with Tzigane violins and guitars were inserted between the verses of La Isla Bonita and reprised in the grand finale of the song.

As reported yesterday, this particular performance is expected to be amazing.
