More Chart Debuts for CT DVD

More great chart debuts around the world for The Confessions Tour – Live in London DVD. Our chart expert PierPinto
informs us that the dvd entered the Portuguese Album Chart straight at #1. The cd + dvd set has already been certified Gold (10,000 units shipped).
The dvd only format debuts in the Portuguese DVD chart at #2 getting a Gold certification as well (4,000 units shipped).
Thanks to all the Portuguese fans who helped Madonna getting these results with their purchases in the first week the new release is out.

From the US front, according to the “Hits daily Double” figures, Confessions Tour (cd+dvd) will debut at #15 in the
Billboard Top 20 with 40,000 copies sold. Great news but keep in mind that Billboard charts are based on Nielsen Soundscan figures that can be slightly different.
