More on the HM debut in Greece

Last week MadonnaTribe had the chance to bring you some exciting news about the promotion planned by &M for the opening of their new store in Athens – the Swedish brand’s first ever in Greece, next week, on the 29th of March.

The new shop will open at Stadiou 49 – one of the busiest street of the city centre – and the M by Madonna collection will highlight a series of events and celebrations, including a VIP opening taking place on the night before, Wednesday 28th of March.

As previously reported, the Syntagma Metro Station in Athens has been litterally covered with H&M/Madonna Posters and megaposters and today we have a chance to show you some images of the stunning Madonna makeover thanks to M-Tribe Community member Jason.

“This outdoor campaign has been out since last Saturday already and it’s the first time
that someone does this in Athens, so we are very proud of that”, a spokeperson from H&M tells us.

As you can see the Steven Klein images for the campaign have been customized with headlines asking fashionistas to get ready for the new store and informing locals about “the most fashionable place” opening in Athens.

Some other classical posters are also being displayed in the center of Athens and radio commercials will be on different radio channels airing for 5 days before the opening and for another 5 days after the opening.
