On the cover of ”Freek”

Madonna graces the cover of the March 2007 issue of Italian magazine Freek with the stunning image you see below – one of the best shots from the H&M campaign by Steven Klein.

There’s a rather short article inside mainly focused on the Confessions Tour DVD – but the cover alone is absolutely worthy as the campaign images are not generally meant to be used on a magazine’s front page.

The big size format – similar to that of “Billboard” of “Rolling Stone” and the quite limited availability of this Free Press publication – distributed together with Italian daily newspaper “Il Giornale” makes it an instant collectors’ item.
