”Sorry” on Paul Oakenfolds Greatest Hits and Remixes
“Sorry” is the Madonna remix chosen to represent Paul Oakenfold’s work with the Queen od Pop in his new Greatest Hits & Remixes album, celebrating the career of an artist whose combined releases have totaled almost two million in sales in the U.S. alone.
The collection’s track listing ranges from original productions such as his massive singles “Starry Eyed Surprise”, “Ready Steady Go” and “Faster Kill Pussycat” featuring Brittany Murphy to remixes of artists like Justin Timberlake, Madonna, The Smashing Pumpkins and Underworld, and soundtrack pieces such as David Arnold’s James Bond Theme from the motion picture “Die Another Day and “Dread Rock” from Matrix Reloaded.
Greatest Hits & Remixes also includes four brand-new exclusive remakes of Radiohead’s “Everything In Its Right Place,” Oakenfold’s “Southern Sun,” Everything But The Girl’s “Missing” and Mark Ronson featuring Daniel Merriweather’s “Stop Me.”
The collection is available as a 2 CD set, with Oakenfold’s remix of Madonna’s “Sorry” being track 13 on CD #2, and as a limited edition Unmixed 3 CD set – in this case “Sorry (Paul Oakenfold Remix)” is track 4 on Disc #3.
For those who are fond of remixed setlist, the Madonna hit comes in with “Bullet In A Gun” and is followed by the Perfecto Mix of the U2’s

In support of his Greatest Hits, Oakenfold will embark on a 13- city DJ tour across America beginning November 6 in Scottsdale, AZ. At each date, fans will get to experience the music featured on the album expertly mixed with Oakenfold’s current favorite tracks.
