Trinity a ”Suspect”
Carrie-Anne Moss (The Matrix Films) has joined helmer Guy Ritchie‘s ABC pilot “Suspect.”
Moss will play a smart, plain-speaking cop in the procedural crime drama, joining the previously announced Charles S. Dutton, Michael Ealy and Kathleen Munroe. The series looks at various suspects in a criminal case.
“Suspect” represents Moss’ first TV project since the mid-1990s, when she first made a name for herself in series such as “Models, Inc.” and “FX: The Series.”
She was wooed back to television in part by the chance to work with Ritchie, one of a dozen-plus feature helmers directing pilots this spring.
Moss will next be seen in the D.J. Caruso thriller “Disturbia,” which opens April 13, and “Fido,” due to be released June 15. She’ll star alongside Julia Roberts and Ryan Reynolds in “Fireflies in the Garden,” which begins filming late next month.Source: www.variety.com
