The 14th annual MTV Europe Music Awards is gearing up for another spectacular event, which is happening in Munich‘s OlympiaHalle on November 1, 2007. And this year the voice of the fans is going to be louder than ever – from deciding on best new emerging European act in the New Sounds Of Europe category, to nominating the acts and voting in nine ground-breaking categories, including Ultimate Urban, Inter Act, Headliner and Most Addictive Track.
