Live Nation customers are receiving another disappointing surprise linked to their Madonna Hot Tickets. We’ve been sent quite a few emails from Hot Ticket purchasers for the Cardiff and London shows, who have received this week their tour book and tour souvenir included in the package, complaining their
Sticky & Sweet programme and document holder are not exaclty professionally packed as these collectable items should be.
The items are basically badly thrown into a simply Jiffy bag and dispatched and when the bag reaches the customers’ homes they are not exaclty in mint condition. The bag not even has a “do not bend” writing on it.

We’ve been told the tour programme often arrives half bended and sometimes they even seem to come from a stock of used/displayed items. Copies arrived to some of our team members are so worn they seem they were found in a used bookstore 10 years after the tour!

This is not exactly the way to treat fans who forked out £249.00 to buy these “experience” packages. We invite all the people who sent us emails to contact Live Nation to enquire about the matter as it’s up to them replacing these poor condition copies of the tour book with mint ones as it should be. Thanks.
