Hello Tribe, my favorite Madonna tour memory happend 18 years ago
it was the Blond Ambition tour i have been a fan since 1985 but that was the first time I saw her live
i was right in front the reason it has and always will be a special meaning to me is that I was there with my mother
a year later she killed herself and I have really good memories of that concert I will cherish for ever
the opening of that show was so cool I had never seen anything like it and i probally never will to me
the blond ambition tour is the mother of all tours madonna was at her peak of her career pushing
aboos I remember like avirgin verry well to I told my mother I want to be just like her when I grow up
she was so sexy and strong at the same time when the show was over I was still in a trance
that stayed with me for weeks now when ever i see that show on dvd i think about my mother and all the
fun we had that day a day i will never forget
all my love

I have loved Madonna since she first appeared on the scene in ’83. I first concert for Madonna was Drowned World
was at the Sept 11th Rechedule date. I saw the Reinvention Tour 4 times. I was at Opening night sitting right at the
3rd row. and she looked right at us and during the “Crazy for you” number where she takes off her shirt.
She threw her shirt right at us but unfortuantely went passed me..
I also sat at the same spot at the San Jose show and again during the number she pointed
at us and again threw the shirt and had it in my hands but i got knocked over and some guy took the shirt.
I was so sad. My fondest memory tho was The Confessions Tour. I saw that tour 5 times.
We sat front row at opening night at the Forum., Lucky enough we were sitting next to the owner/manager of
The Forum so when the show ended, My Partner and I followed them back stage to the after party and got
to meet all the dancers and was next to Salma Hayek..although the grandest moment was when Madonna
came out. only about 10 feet from me . I had tears in my eyes because she was so close. Unfortunately
she came out to wish every one good night and left. I was in a state of shock and all I could do was stare
but as she left she must have recognized me from the front row because she looked at me and said Hi and left.
I about died and we left running to the car in the rain all soaked in water but it was the most unreal experience
for me
Thank you Madonna.. I’ve loved you since i was 9 yrs old. I am going to be 34 yrs old this year and still I am the
biggest fan to you from your early days
Thank you

It was like a smile from God! For a brief moment, the world stopped as I stared into the hypnotic eyes of my savior,
the one and only, Madonna. It was 2006 during the American leg of her highly anticipated Confessions Tour
that I had this experience. Although I’ve journeyed with her for years as a fan, this was the first time I had the
opportunity to witness the legendary icon perform upfront and, literally, within feet from me. Watching the woman I have admired, looked up to, and supported throughout her career do her job with 100% accuracy and perfection was mind-blowing to say the least. This feeling was only intensified by the massive amount of screaming fans around me hoping to make even small seconds worth of eye-contact with the pop superstar. That night I wore a custom shirt which read “Hi God, I’m Jared” and, like the other fans around me, I too was hoping to catch the eye of our queen. After many failed attempts of calling her name, waving my arms until they were sore, and acting like an insane fan, I finally had my wish come true! At the end of her performance of Let it will Be she began walking back to the main stage and I caught her attention by simply smiling and pointing to my shirt. She paused in the catwalk, read it, and gave me what I was hoping for! She smiled back with that loving smile of hers, nodded her head as if to say “nice to meet you”, and gave me a wink that only Madonna could give! The feeling was incredible! There
I stood, in a trance, as excited people around me kept telling me “she just smiled at you!” and all I could think
of was that short moment that my eyes met hers and, in a non-verbal way, we introduced ourselves to one
another. Afterward she went on to perform Drowned World/Substitute For Love which is one of my all-time
Madonna songs while continuing to look my way as if to hint that it was dedicated to me. To this day, it is the
fondest memory I have of any Madonna tour and will forever be engraved in my mind. I will never forget the rush
of adrenaline and the euphoria I got from that smile and wink! Let it be known though, I intend to get more of them
because after seeing the Confessions Tour, there is no way I will ever miss another Madge concert as long as
I live! Long live the queen!

My Madonna fondest memory is when I saw her at her Re-Invention Tour.
During her performance of her new version of Like A Virgin she gave me the finger.
I was tired of waving to her with no response from her…(I guess she knew) So I gave her the finger
and she gave me one back, LOL…it was great to have such connection with divinity herself.
Thank you, Madonna….beautiful memory.

I’ve seen Madonna live 8 times now (and I hope to double that during
the next tour), but there are two moments that really stand out.
Incidentally, both of them happened in the Palais Omnisports in Paris,
in 2004 and 2006.
The first of those two very memorable moments was during the September
2 show of the Re-Invention Tour. Me and my friends had camped out for
30 hours to be the first to enter the stadium. When we were admitted,
we made a mad dash to the stage, and I ended up in the most perfect
spot there was: front row, exactly center stage. When the houselights
went down, and The Beast Within played, I was already crying because
of the fact that in just a matter of minutes, my idol, the most
important person in my life, would be dancing and singing right in
front of me.
When Vogue began, I was screaming my lungs out, and all the tiredness
from spending 30 hours in line was forgotten. But then, two songs
later, the real treat came! During Frozen, Madonna was standing right
in front of me, and during the entire song, she looked me right in the
eyes. I can’t even describe how it felt, I just stood there, literally
Frozen (how appropriate) and in complete awe.
Fast forward two years later, again in the Palais Omnisports. Again I
had camped out for about 30 hours, and again I had a perfect spot,
right along the runway. I had seen the show a couple of nights earlier
in Hannover, and I would be seeing it two times more in Amsterdam (all
of them front row), but this one… my my… The show was just great
as it is every night, but then Let It Will Be came along. You know how
in the DVD at some point she bends over and shakes some hands with the
crowd? Well, in Paris, I was that guy. Madonna leaned over and grabbed
my hand. She was sweaty and sticky, but I didn’t care, I was just
extatic. I will never ever forget that little moment Madonna and I had
together.
So there you have it, my 2 favourite tour memories. I’m convinced the
Hard Candy tour will give me plenty of new fantastic memories!

Seeing the Girlie Show in Tokyo with my Japanese-Brazilian friend (woman) who stood up in the middle
of the concert and yelled I love you Madonna!
I dont think Madonna heard her, but the sedate, well-behaved audience sure did!
They were not too happy.
We, however, still had a great time. (And my friend kept jumping up to scream and dance.)

I have so many Madonna tour memories but the best was at wembley on her blonde ambition tour.
It was so hot and the crowd was amazing I was with my friend at the front getting crushed. Madonna
was singing Cherish with her mer men in attendance, she came to the front of the stage and sat down
right in front of me and fixed me with her stare. She smiled and she looked so beautiful I stopped singing
and jumping up and down and it felt like there was only me in the stadium. I have never missed a Madonna
show in the uk and have been at the front for the most of them but that was the most magical moment ever.
