Hello, my best memory of going to a Madonna tour was the Reinvention tour in Philadelphia. It wasn’t even at the concert… it was after! We had jumped on the train to go back towards the city and the cars were filled with fans who just left the amazing concert. I am not sure how it began… but soon after the train closed it’s doors people began singing Like a Prayer! And soon everyone on the whole train was singing! It was amazing to see how one concert, one experience, one performer could bring together a whole train of people….a whole train of strangers! For anyone who has rode on subway train, they know that this is the last place where you smile or have fun with someone sitting next to you…let alone the whole train! After Like a Prayer, everyone just clapped, laughed, and cheered!! A wonderful ending to an amazing night!!

Dear Madonnatribe,
here’s my short, but oh so precious memory.
It happened during the Drowned World Tour in Paris. After hours of waiting (we all know it’s the hardest thing…) we entered Bercy Stadium. Yeah! Very much at the front of the stage! Could it get any better? Well…uh…yeah! What a show! And what a beautiful Madonna… And my beloved Niki and Donna! Always been a fan of them too. Most of all a Donna-fan.
Then ‘Holiday’ began. “Pimp, Ho, Pimp, Ho….Here we go!” Three hats flew in the ait and one of them, Donna’s, flew right into my hands!! What a lucky guy I was!! I screamed it out! Thanks!!
Some years later, the Confessions Tour made a stop in Amsterdam. And what do you know: Donna did a gig in the biggest record store in Amsterdam. At that evening she signed the hat I caught in Paris years befor that! “Oh, that’s the first I see back! How cool is that!”, was Donna’s first reaction. “Good catch, Marc!”, she wrote in the inside of the hat. It’s one of my dearest (Ma)Donna items!
Cheers & bye!

I have been to Madonna’s Drowned World Tour , Re-Invention tour and The Confessions Tour…but to me my most memorable tour definately is Re-Invention Tour…why? Not because its The Greatest Hits tour or something like that…just because this tour is very special to me….I went to London’s Wembley Arena for the tour in 23rd August 2004…less than one month after my operation…you see….I went for my gender change operation ( male to female )….In my country ( Singapore ) and certain part of Asia…transsexual is consider a huge society taboo and I couldnt be bother about it at all…Madonna is my biggest influence in my life since 1986 and still continues to be…Without her I will not be what I am today…gaining respect in my working society ( afterall…I look like a woman though…:P )..after such a huge operation…I am suppose to rest at home for at least three months , doctors order. but i dont care as I wanted to see my Idol in London..Can you imagine I have to fly to London for 13hrs with the pain and agony…BUT…BUT…when the show started…the excitment and Madonna’s appearance totally blew me away and I had forgotten about the pain..I danced and sing every songs in the show…and touch her hands…( i was on the second row next from the stage…but the kind fans who were at the first row asked me to cross over to the first row as they were very tall that blocked my view..:P ..Madonna’s fans are really the nicest people in the world !! ) I cannot believe that she touched my hands!! It was definately one of the highlights in my life…When Express Yourself came out..I totally went nuts…not because it was the best perfomance of the show but its because this is the song that changed my life nad made me feel proud of my sexuality. I am so blessed that i had the oppunities to make many new friends all around the world…
RE-INVENTION TOUR definately is my most memorable one….:)

My 1st tour was The Re-invention Tour and during “Crazy for you” Madonna looked in our direction.
My 2nd tour was The Confessions Tour.I didn’t want to know anything about the show so I discover it completely. At the end of the show when Madonna sang “Hung up” I didn’t know that there would be balloons descending from above. My friend Alain (who is taller than me) caught one and not me.So he lent me his balloon for the photo that I join with this mail.
Thank you for your good job everyday on your website.
VIVA MADONNA !

My favorite Madonna Tour experience was the Confessions Tour in Miami. This was the first time any friends had come with me, first time in Miami, and I was front row, directly next to the cat walk. Neither of my friends who came had ever seen her live before and were blown away, she got two new fans with those concerts. We went to both shows and had a great time. But I don’t think I can say it better than the. Madonna Style Tour Documentary I made about going to see the Concert called “Whats Madonna Got To Do With It.”
Watch it if you have the time, it is just under an hour long and focuses on my friends and I and even features recordings I made at the 2nd night of the concert. You can find it in my videos on my myspace page at www.myspace.com/findthetime80
I even made a DVD for my friends that included Photos and deleted Scenes including Madonna’s mess-up during LIWB.
Have a blesst day in the lord
