Madonna spotted in Milan…. not

The Queen of Pop has apparently been spotted by fans and paparazzi in Milan, Italy, a few hours ago. Our sources tell us that this surprise appearance in Italy is due to the inauguration of the new Tom Ford show room. She’s of course expected to attend.

As previously reported M’s hubby Guy Ritchie is also in Italy, in Milan, to shoot the new Lavazza commercial with George Clooney and Tilda Swinton.

Update: our friends GIOrGIo and thecrawl inform the Tribe that despite heavy rumours, Madonna was a no show at the opening of Ford’s new store on Via Verri in Milan.
