In the clip Madonna rehearses phrases from her Spanish Lesson song such as “Yo Te Quiero, Callate and Entiendo”

Some phrases from this interview for Spanish television can be heard in the Yahoo! clip. About the name of her new album Madonna says that’s because “it is Hard and it’s Sweet“. About the new single “4 Minutes” she says: “We don’t really have the luxury to just play and think that somebody else is gonna take care of all our problems. We have to become involved”.
