Cardiff newspaper The South Wales Echo continues its daily coverage of Madonna in the build up to Saturday’s concert with a report detailing the fact that fans are set to spend some £5m in the city on the weekend, from eating out, staying in hotels and going out in the city after the show.

Meanwhile, the wet weather which has cast a cloud over the city for the past week is set to clear in time for Saturday with forecasters predicting clear skies all day with a possibility of some rain overnight.
