Tha Fabulous Couple – Madonna And The Camera

Today we inaugurate a new Tribe corner devoted to classic magazines with Madonna on the cover, that for a reason or another we think are essentials in any magazine collector’s collection. We start with the beautiful Life magazine, dated December 1986. A few months after launching her True Blue album Madonna is photographed for the first and only time by master photographer Bruce Weber. The shooting takes places in the streets of Little Italy in New York, with Madonna posing as Jimmy Dean and Marylin Monroe, playes around with macho Italian-looking male models and reunites for the first and only time before a camera with all her brothers and sisters.
