”This ‘cheap’ ticket holder had a great time!”
M-Tribe visitor Chester had been reading all the Tribers reports on the Sticky & Sweet Tour and he was so surprised to hear that many fans paid hundreds of dollars and didn’t see any of the action, while others who had a cheaper ticket got to see it all-like he did. Here is his experience that brings us back to the European leg of the tour, more precisely to the September 2 concert in the Netherlands.
“I joined the huge line outside the Amsterdam Arena in september around 2 PM since my friend couldn’t make it any earlier and I didn’t count on getting a good spot because the line was huge, however after a little running when the gates opened we were in front of the main stage standing next to Hot-ticket holders and people who had been waiting the whole night” – Chester writes.
“Got good looks of Madonna, as you can see on the picture I included made by my friend Jesse Omar” from Barcelona who also was at the show.
How is it that the overal hot-ticket organization led to so many complaints?
I guess in Amsterdam it went okay-according to the story of the hot-ticket holders around me at the Arena, but I do have serious doubts as to ever buying one of these tickets-which I would do if it guaranteed a good spot. Would be interesting to read some more about the whole ‘hot-ticket’-thing… Have you any word from Live Nation or Madonna’s people on this?
Anyhow-at least this ‘cheap’ ticket holder had a great time!
Chester.
Thanks to Chester and Jesse Omar.
