Madonna injured in horseback riding accident
Madonna has suffered “minor injuries” and bruises after falling from a startled horse on New York’s Long Island on Saturday, the media report today.
“The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer, who was visiting friends on Eastern Long Island over the weekend,” Liz Rosenberg said in a statement. “Madonna will be having further tests and will continue to remain under observation by doctors.”
She was treated at a Southampton hospital and was released, Rosenberg also said, adding that she won’t disclose more details on the singer’s condition.
“Madonnas accident today was caused by the papparazzi.. they spooked the horse she was riding.. these guys dont know when to stop!!”, her manager Guy Oseary said in a post on social network Twitter today.
