The Sound of Madonna
The Hermitage Museum issued a statement about the maximum sound level registered on the Palace Square during the Madonna concert in St. Petersburg last Sunday.
The sound reached 106.4 dB in the square, and 80 dB inside the museum behind the closed windows. The authorized maximum was 85 dB.
The loudest music played not during the Madonna show but during the Paul Oakenfold set.
Thanks to Lollapalooza.
