Madonna and Britney’s is top kiss

To mark the opening of their very own kissing booth on February 12, Selfridges compiled a list of the most famous kissing moments of the Noughties, and surprise surprise, the Madonna and Britney Spears snog at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2003 was voted the top kiss.

Second in the list is Tobey Maguire’s upside-down kiss with Kirsten Dunst in Spiderman, followed by Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal in Brokeback Mountain.

Also in the top ten you can find Sacha Baron Cohen recreating the Madonna and Britney episode with Will Ferrell at the 2007 MTV Movie Awards.

It would be interesting to learn what’s on Christina Aguilera‘s mind as she took part of the very same Madonna double snog back in 2003, but thanks to the cameras lurking for Justin Timberlake’s reaction, everyone just referrs to that moment as “the Madonna and Britney kiss”.
