Madonna – sort of – on Rolling Stone Argentina

The Rolling Stone Madonna interview lands on the pages of the Argentinian edition of the magazine this month… with a surprise.

Madonna does not feature on the cover – and the issue also gathers her together with Shakira for a “Confessions of Pop Divas” highlight – but what’s most surprising is that the image that opens the Madonna interview as a double page spread is not a portrait of the lady herself, but a lookalike.

Wether this is intentional or simply a gross mistake remains a mystery – but it’s not a secret that fans from Argentina have not been pleased at all. Check out the images below and click to enlarge.
