From his MDNA Tour experience in Las Vegas, MadonnaTribe longtime contributor Alecio picked up a stunning selection of images from the Like a Virgin / Love Spent number.

“From all the photos I took, those were my favorites,” our friend writes. “I have some words about the performance and about the photos,” he adds.

“It is funny how some people criticize the way Madonna looks, they say, “she is getting old (dah)”, “oh thank God it is not only me getting old”, “oh look at her face, how old she is now…”, people go on and on and always go around one thing, OLD, is like getting old is a sin, it is the 8th deadly sin, “you should not get old, specially you Madonna”.

“Let’s go beyond only about Madonna getting old…. What about us getting old? It bother me when people start attacking Madonna by the way she looks now, it doesn’t change the way a live, but It is like saying that I can not get old too, or when I get there at the age she is now I am going to be punished, it is like saying the all of us are going to be punished too.”

“When I was watching the performance I saw a mature woman, a gorgeous woman, a person that is part of who I became in this life, a person who thought me how to be better with people around me, she thought me how to push myself to accept the different, the things I could not understand and that now I do. I also saw that person who gave me so many good memories, gave the opportunity to make new friends, gave entertainment, laugh and happiness… i could go on and on, but I am just going to finish saying, if you haven’t seen this performance yet, when you get to see it, go deeper in your emotions and travel on your imagination, it is going to be incredible.”
