MDNA Worldwide Album Chart Reports

MDNA holds her crown at the Oricon International Artists Chart in Japan on its second week.

In the overall chart the album drops only one step to #5 from last week’s #4 entry.

The new Madonna album has also been certified Gold by the RIAJ for shippements of 100,000 copies.

In Switzerland, MDNA holds very well in its second week on the Scheweizer Hitparade Alben top 100, and goes down from #2 to #3 Germany three other artists’ albums jump into the chart but MDNA remains in the Top Ten at #10 from last week’s #3.

In Spain Madonna stays in the Top 3, down from the top position last week.

In Venezuela, a country that is not compiling an official album chart, the biggest retail and net music vendor Recordland has MDNA charting at #2 on their Top 40 Albums this week. The Deluxe Edition of MDNA is the highest-priced of the entire top 20.
